The weekly meeting of Shahr Kitab cultural center is dedicated to the study of cultural relations between Armenia and Iran from ancient times to today.
According to ParsToday, Andranik Simonyan, the head of the Department of Armenian Language and Literature of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran, Seyed Hossein Tabatabai, the former cultural adviser of Iran in Armenia, will be present at this meeting.
The relations between Iran and Armenia with a past of thousands of years are based on the long-standing cultural, political and historical relations of the two neighboring countries, as well as the spiritual and intellectual commonalities of the two nations. The ethnic, geographical, historical and cultural commonalities are very wide. The proximity of these two ancient peoples has created a deep bond between them, which has strong roots in their cultural relations.
