For the first time, the throne of the worldwide Armenian religious leader, which is permanently installed in the Holy Etchmiadzin Church, was exhibited in the “Khorimian” museum.
The precious and beautiful throne was donated to Echmiadzin Church in 1961 during the reign of Vazgen I, the religious leader of all Armenians (1955-1994).
On this occasion, on May 28, at 14:00 at the Saint Ruben Sevak Etchmiadzin Museum, Reverend Karapetyan, director of Etchmiadzin Museums and Archives, will give a speech entitled “The Holy Throne and Sacred Symbols of the Armenian Religious Leader”.
