At the opening ceremony, Davit Poghousyan, director of the History Museum of Armenia, noted that Lechashen’s archaeological heritage has become more valuable over the years.
Arsen Bobukhian, director of the Institute of Archeology and Ethnology of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia, emphasized the importance of bringing together existing capacities to implement such projects.
“As an archaeologist who is very interested in Lechashen as a historical monument, I must say that when it was discovered, from the very first day it became an important part not only of Armenia or the Soviet Union, but in archeology in general,” Bobukhian emphasized. became the world Many works were published in various foreign platforms, which immediately turned Lechan into a historical work of world importance.
Benik Vardanian, researcher of the History Museum of Armenia, candidate of historical sciences, pointing to the features of this exhibition, highlighted the fact that daily life, rituals, handicrafts, achievements of handicrafts, carpentry, metalwork, etc. in the late society of Lechashan Burenzada in the form of objects of discovery has been presented.
